REFUND POLICY


We are committed to offer best service and best satisfaction from our end. We pride ourselves in offering you the finest health and wellness products. In the event of return or exchange of the product, please refer important information as below.

  1. You have every statutory right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  2. The full cost of the order cancelled including the cost of postage will be refunded if  the order  is cancelled with in stipulated time frame.
  3. We would appreciate if you could return the parcel by recorded delivery and keep the receipt in case it is required.
  4. The customer should not delay the return of goods and should send them back within 14 days from the day when he informed us about the cancellation. The cost of returning the goods after cancellation will be borne by the customer unless it is defective product or products sent by error.
  5. Refund will be done only on unused boxes. No refund will be given on used products or opened boxes
  1. The amount to be refunded  will be done using the same mode of payment method used originally but  can come to an agreement with the customer to use an alternative method  if both the parties agrees to the same. 
  2. You have the full right to return defective products or products sent in error for a full refund and cost of returning the parcel will be borne by us.
  3. The refund will be given to the consumer without undue delay. Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse the money within 14 days from the day we get the goods back.
